expressly agree that use of the website is at your
sole risk. Our website is provided on an "AS
IS" and "as available" basis. Neither
WIFI-Link™ Technologies Inc. nor its officers, directors,
employees, agents, third-party content providers,
designers, contractors, distributors, merchants,
sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Associates")
warrant that use of our website will be uninterrupted
or error-free. Neither WIFI-Link™ Technologies Inc.
nor its associates warrant the accuracy, integrity
or completeness of the content provided on the WIFI-Link™
Technologies Inc website or the products or services
offered for sale on our website |
For
items purchased from www.wifi-link.com can be returned
for refund within 14 days from date of receipt.
Most items purchased online can be returned to WIFI-Link™.
Refunds or credits do not include original shipping
and handling charges. All items must be accompanied
by a copy of the original receipt and must be in
the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds or
exchanges are allowed after 14 days. We do not accept
returns on custom WiFi cables. A 20% restocking
charge will apply to all returns. All products must
be returned in their original carton and in new
condition, with all packing material, manuals, and
accessories. All returns require an approved RMA
number prior to return. Returns received by WIFI-Link™
without an authorized RMA will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense. Please call
or email us so we may e-mail you a WIFI-Link™ RMA
form, terms, and instructions on returning items.
All clearance products purchased from this website
can not be returned.
WIFI-Link™’s products are warranted against defects
in workmanship and material for 90 days from date
of receipt. This warranty applies to the original
purchaser only and is not transferable. WIFI-Link™’s
sole responsibility under this warranty shall be
to either replace or repair, at its option, any
component which fails during the applicable warranty
period. This limited warranty covers normal use.
All replaced products or parts shall become WIFI-Link™
property. Under this warranty, purchaser shall be
responsible for shipping costs to WIFI-Link™. WIFI-Link™
shall be responsible for shipping costs back to
purchaser. |
| In
no event shall WIFI-Link™, its directors, officers,
employees and representatives be liable for special,
indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related
to product sold. |
| We
normally ship within 2 working days after receiving
your payments. There is no shipment during weekends.
In order to keep our price as low as possible, all
technical questions will be answered by email only.
Only TX state residents without a reseller certificate
are charged TX sales tax which is 8.25%. |
