Q |
Pierre Lapalme |
the maximum range with this antenna is around 400 feets why ? |
2010-12-04 22:35:06 |
A |
WIFI-Link Service |
For 15dBi antenna the signal range will be more than 400feet, it will be around 6000feet or more.
The signal performance will depend on your surround environments,
If there is not clear line of sight arean the signal will be effected.
Thank you very much. |

After checking the spec of your router, the router which can work with 802.11b/g also 802.11a system,
The antenna from us which is for 802.11b/g system only, so it might not good to your router.
Also you need check the connection of the antenna from your router to see it is RTNC type or not, if not the adapter cable can't screw with your router.
Thank you very much. |

If I would have to replace my current router and use this model Linksys WRT310N is there a cable I could buy to make this router work ? Or do recommend a router that will use the parts I currently have, as I'm in Iraq and shipping time can really hurt me.
Thanks

I am sorry the router you are going to buy which has no connection that you can work with.
So you might need to get the router which has the removeable antenna to get to work with other antennas.
Thank you very much. |
